1. About Yuva Football

Yuva Football is an India-focused football education platform providing coaching content, drill libraries, parent guides, and digital products. The platform is operated by a UEFA-licensed football coach. All content is educational in nature and intended for parents, coaches, and players engaged with grassroots football in India.

2. Use of the Platform

You agree to use this platform only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Copy, redistribute, or sell any content without written permission
• Use the platform in any way that could harm, disable, or impair it
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform
• Upload or transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

3. Accounts

When you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Paid Products and Payments

Paid products (training plans, guides, memberships, workshops) are delivered digitally. All payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or banking details - all payment data is handled entirely by Razorpay under their own terms.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase to coach@yuvafootball.in. Digital downloads that have already been accessed are non-refundable unless the product is materially defective.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Yuva Football - including drills, articles, guides, videos, and branding - is the intellectual property of Yuva Football. You may not reproduce, republish, or distribute any content without explicit written consent. Personal, non-commercial use (e.g. practising drills at home) is permitted and encouraged.

6. Disclaimer

Content on this platform is provided for educational purposes only. Football training carries inherent physical risk. You are responsible for ensuring that activities are appropriate for your child's age, fitness level, and health. Consult a medical professional before starting any fitness programme if you have any concerns.

Yuva Football is not affiliated with AIFF, the ISL, or any professional football club unless explicitly stated.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
