Privacy Policy

Yuva Football takes your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it. We keep it simple - we collect only what we need.
1. What Data We Collect
We only collect the minimum data needed to run the platform:
We do not collect card numbers, UPI IDs, or payment credentials. Payments are handled entirely by Razorpay under their own privacy policy.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use your data only to:
- Create and manage your account
- Send purchase confirmations and download links
- Send coaching tips and newsletter updates (only if you opted in)
- Recommend drills and content relevant to your age group and role
- Improve the platform based on usage patterns
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for marketing purposes.
3. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. We may use analytics cookies (via Vercel Analytics or Posthog) to understand how the site is used - these are anonymised and do not identify you personally. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.
4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted on servers with encryption at rest and in transit. We use Row Level Security (RLS) to ensure users can only access their own data. Access to the database is restricted to authorised personnel only.
No security system is 100% foolproof. If you suspect a breach of your account, contact us immediately at coach@yuvafootball.in.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services which may process your data:
- Supabase - database and authentication
- Razorpay - payment processing (India)
- Resend - transactional email delivery
- Beehiiv - newsletter (only for subscribers)
- Vercel - website hosting and analytics
- Google (OAuth) - optional sign-in method
Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We only share the data with them that is strictly necessary to provide the service.
6. Your Rights
Under applicable Indian law (IT Act, 2000 and DPDP Act, 2023), you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Withdraw consent for newsletter communications at any time
To exercise any of these rights, email coach@yuvafootball.in with your request. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Children's Privacy
Yuva Football is designed for parents and coaches, not for children to use directly. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted data to us, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent version.
